Job Requirements
- must be 21 years or older
- must pass background check
- ability to work 4 days a week wednesday to saturday november to april
- ability to lift up to 25 lbs
- ability to walk outside terrain such as trails gravel dirt and small hills
- willingness to work holidays except christmas
- part-time availability from november through april
Job Qualifications
- previous cleaning or janitorial experience is preferred but not required
- strong attention to detail and reliability
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- must be able to lift up to 25 lbs
- ability to walk outside terrain such as trails gravel dirt and small hills
- a positive can-do attitude and willingness to pitch in where needed
- must pass background check and adhere to OMEX safety protocols
- must be 21 years or older
Job Duties
- clean and sanitize restrooms hallways and common areas daily
- empty trash and recycling bins
- sweep mop and vacuum floors
- dust fixtures clean glass
- replenish supplies such as soap paper towels and toilet paper
- report maintenance or safety concerns to the facilities team
- maintain cleaning equipment and supplies
