Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Must pass background check
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
- Ability to walk outside terrain such as trails, gravel, dirt, and small hills
- Availability to work part-time from November through April, Wednesday through Saturday, 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
- Willingness to work on holidays except Christmas
- Ability to follow safety protocols
Job Qualifications
- Previous cleaning or janitorial experience is preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs
- Ability to walk outside terrain such as trails, gravel, dirt, and small hills
- A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to pitch in where needed
- Must pass background check and adhere to OMEX safety protocols
- Must be 21 years or older
Job Duties
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, hallways, and common areas daily
- Empty trash and recycling bins
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors
- Dust fixtures, clean glass
- Replenish supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper
- Report maintenance or safety concerns to the facilities team
- Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies
