Job Requirements
- Flexible availability to work up to 40+ hours per week
- Reliable and punctual
- Able to lift 25 pounds comfortably
- Capable of sustained physical activity for up to 8 hours
- Must work nights and weekends as required
- Willingness to learn and adapt to company processes
- Pass a criminal background check
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior janitorial or housekeeping experience is highly preferred but not required
- Ability to work efficiently and follow directions
- Basic proficiency in English
- Strong communication skills
- Self-starter with excellent time management and organizational abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Duties
- Maintain cleanliness of office suites, restrooms, and common areas
- Use appropriate cleaning products and methods effectively
- Provide excellent customer service and represent the company professionally
- Follow specific cleaning instructions and schedules
- Communicate effectively with clients and coworkers
- Perform physical tasks including lifting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming
- Adhere to company policies and safety procedures
