Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
- ability to perform physically demanding tasks

- basic understanding of cleaning and maintenance procedures
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in a porter, janitorial, or facilities role is an advantage (but not required)
- physically fit and able to lift, carry, and stand for extended periods
- strong work ethic and attention to detail
- good communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- flexible availability, including weekends or shifts if required
Job Duties
- Assist with the movement, delivery, and storage of furniture, equipment, luggage, or supplies
- maintain cleanliness of common areas, entrances, hallways, and service areas
- perform basic cleaning, waste removal, and light maintenance tasks
- support staff and guests with requests in a courteous and timely manner
- set up and break down rooms or spaces as required (e.g., events, meetings, move-ins)
- report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or damaged property to management
- follow health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times
