Job Requirements
- Flexibility and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, multitasking environment
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record
- Physical ability to be on feet for up to 8 hours
- Capacity to lift and carry items weighing 25 pounds or more
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience as custodian, janitor, or housekeeper is a plus but not required
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multitasking environment

- Physical stamina to stand for up to 8 hours
- Ability to lift and carry items weighing 25 pounds or more
Job Duties
- Leaf blowing front of buildings and walkways
- Organizing shopping carts into corrals
- Picking up debris on the property and emptying trash cans into dumpsters
- Sweep and mop warehouse floor
- Communicate with supervisor on any issues seen at properties
