Job Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of maintenance experience
- Knowledge of OSHA and EPA standards for hazardous chemical handling
- Ability to operate and maintain custodial and hand tools
- Capability to lift 50 pounds
- Ability to stand or walk for 6-7 hours
- Valid motor vehicle operation skills
- Ability to bend, lift, and twist safely
- Must handle cleaning solvents and chemicals safely
- Operation of light power equipment
- Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of maintenance experience
- Knowledge of OSHA and EPA standards for handling hazardous cleaning solvents and chemicals
- Familiarity with commercial cleaning techniques, materials, and equipment
- Ability to operate and perform minor maintenance on custodial and basic hand tools
Job Duties
- Execute daily cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting furniture or equipment
- Clean and stock bathrooms at least twice daily
- Manage timely breakdown and disposal of supply boxes and trash
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and breakroom areas including appliances
- Monitor and replenish breakroom inventory
- Track inventory levels in supply closets and manage ordering processes
- Assist with setup and replenishment for corporate events
- Inspect property for spills or hazards and perform immediate cleanups
- Report repair and maintenance needs promptly
- Maintain plantings and landscaping at corporate headquarters and branch
- Safely handle and store cleaning chemicals in compliance with regulations
