Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
- Proficiency in basic office equipment use

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Some college or trade school preferred

Job Duties
- Serve as the first line of contact as liaison between property tenants and property manager in regards to property appearance
- Perform general maintenance including trash pickup, cobwebbing, cleaning dumpsters, maintaining clean entryways, wiping down trash cans and ash urns, and emptying if necessary
- Send observations of maintenance issues to assistant property manager and property manager
- Perform seasonal power washing of building exteriors, sidewalks, and other surfaces
- Assist with installation and removal of TOK marketing signage at properties
- Ensure vacant spaces are presentable and ready for viewing
- Identify and immediately report safety hazards to management
- Complete work orders in the Fieldpoint Maintenance Module and manage time and materials efficiently
- Provide information, recommendations, and solutions using problem-solving and analytical thinking
- Maintain reliable and predictable attendance
- Perform other maintenance duties as assigned by management
