Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- driver's license with clean driving record
- ability to perform physical work including lifting and moving furniture
- ability to follow safety and cleanliness protocols
- willingness to work Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm with possible extended hours
- ability to comply with infectious disease exposure precautions

Job Duties
- Inspect public lavatories for cleanliness and supply levels including soap, towels, toilet paper, and sanitary products
- Clean mirrors, sinks, toilets, floors, and restroom surfaces daily with approved disinfectants
- Continuously patrol public and lobby areas removing litter and polishing floors
- Remove litter, cigarette butts, and debris from building entrances and exterior perimeters
- Perform trash removal and replacement of trash can liners from both interior and exterior receptacles
- Complete assigned cleaning and maintenance tasks through the work order system including moving furniture and equipment
- Vacuum and clean elevator cabs including doors, buttons, walls, and floors
