Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Previous experience in a medical setting preferred but not required
- Driver's license and clean driving record required
- Ability to complete all essential job functions satisfactorily
- Availability to work standard business hours with potential extended hours
- Ability to perform physical tasks including cleaning, lifting, and moving items
- Willingness to comply with infection control and safety protocols

- Physical ability to perform cleaning and lifting tasks
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to work Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
Job Duties
- Inspect all public lavatories for cleanliness and supply maintenance
- Clean mirrors, sinks, toilets, and mop floors around fixtures daily
- Continuously police public areas to remove litter and damp mop
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness at building entrances
- Pick up trash as required or requested
- Perform cleaning tasks assigned via work order system
- Clean interior and exterior surfaces of lobby windows, windowsills, and doors
- Check and vacuum elevator cabs, clean cab doors and interior surfaces
- Police exterior perimeter of buildings to remove debris
- Remove trash from exterior receptacles and replace liners
- Complete work orders including moving furniture and cleaning refrigerators
- Perform additional duties as needed
