Job Duties
- Vacuuming,sweeping,and mopping floors to keep everything spotless
- Taking out the trash from common areas, offices, and restrooms
- Dusting and wiping down surfaces like chairs, desks, counters, and shelves
- Cleaning all areas of the restrooms including sinks, toilets, mirrors, and floors
- Shining up glass surfaces including windows, mirrors, and glass partitions
- Restocking paper products and soap dispensers
- Disinfecting high-touch areas like doorknobs, light switches, telephone handsets, and handrails
- Tidying up common areas, wiping down countertops and equipment, and ensuring everything is sanitized
- Spot cleaning walls, baseboards, and doors as needed
- Restocking and maintaining the coffee and snack bar, keeping it clean and stocked
- Cleaning spills quickly to maintain safety and tidiness
- Keeping supply closets neat and organized
- Reporting any maintenance or safety issues promptly
- Using floor maintenance equipment to clean and polish hard floor surfaces
