Job Requirements
- Reliable transportation
- Less than high school education or one month related experience or training or equivalent combination
- Ability to read two to three syllable words and understand basic instructions
- Ability to print clearly and speak simple sentences
- Effective communication skills
- Basic arithmetic skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
- Knowledge of American measurement units
- Valid driver’s license and proof of vehicle registration and insurance if driving
- Bilingual preferred but not required

Job Duties
- Perform floor care including vacuuming, mopping, and carpet spotting
- Conduct surface care such as dusting, sanitizing, glass and mirror cleaning, and polishing
- Remove waste by emptying trash and recycle bins and transporting waste to disposal areas
- Handle light maintenance tasks including replacing light bulbs and restocking supplies
- Comply with safety rules, policies, and procedures
- Follow company protocols and respond to supervision
- Use proper personal protective equipment and maintain a professional appearance
- Understand and utilize reporting systems
- Transport small equipment and furniture, straighten areas like lobbies and conference rooms
- Clean and restock restrooms and break rooms, perform glass cleaning and spot clean furniture and carpets
- Assist janitorial staff and clean elevators and common spaces
