Job Requirements
- Reliable transportation
- less than high school education or up to one-month related experience or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
- ability to read 2-3 syllable words
- ability to print clearly and speak simple sentences
- effective communication skills with co-workers, supervisors, managers, and customers
- basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
- knowledge of American measurement units
- valid driver’s license if driving vehicle on business
- proof of vehicle registration and insurance
- ability to work Monday through Friday 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM
- willingness to follow safety rules and company policies

- ability to print clearly and speak simple sentences
- ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, supervisors, managers, and customers
- knowledge of basic math operations including adding and subtracting two-digit numbers, multiplication and division with 10s and 100s
- understanding of American measures of money, weight, size, length, shapes, and liquid measures such as cups, pints, quarts, and gallons
- valid driver's license if driving own or company vehicle on business time, with proof of vehicle registration and insurance required
- bilingual is a plus but not required
Job Duties
- Perform floor care including vacuuming, mopping, and carpet spotting
- maintain surface care such as dusting, sanitizing, cleaning glass, mirrors, and windows, polishing metal and wood, and cleaning blinds and draperies
- manage waste removal by emptying trash and recycle bins and transporting waste to proper disposal areas
- conduct light maintenance including replacing light bulbs and restocking supply cabinets or rooms
- comply with safety rules, policies, and procedures and stop at-risk behavior
- follow all company protocols, procedures, and rules
- take direction and respond to supervision
- use proper personal protective equipment
- present a professional appearance and conduct
- understand reporting systems and environmental considerations
- transport small equipment, tools, chairs, and tables and straighten areas such as lobbies and conference rooms
- pick up trash, recycling, and compost bins and transport to proper disposal areas
- perform light vacuuming and dusting
- restock supplies
- clean drop-in desktops between events
- assist janitorial staff with restroom and break room restocking
- perform damp mopping and restroom cleaning
- clean glass surfaces
- restock and organize janitorial closets and storage areas
- clean elevators
- spot clean upholstered furniture and carpets
- dust common open spaces
