Job Requirements
- Must have reliable transportation
- Less than high school education or up to one-month related experience or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to read 2-3 syllable words and recognize similarities and differences
- Ability to print clearly and speak simple sentences
- Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, supervisors, managers, and customers
- Knowledge of basic arithmetic including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division with tens and hundreds
- Knowledge of American measures of money, weight, size, length, shapes, distance, and various measurements such as cups, pints, quarts, and gallons
- Required to have a valid driver's license if driving own vehicle or company vehicle on business time and proof of vehicle registration and insurance
- Bilingual is a plus but not required

- Knowledge of basic arithmetic including adding and subtracting two-digit numbers and multiplying and dividing with 10's and 100's
- Knowledge of American measures of money, weight, size, length, shapes, distance, and measurements such as cups, pints, quarts, gallons
- Must have a valid driver's license if driving own vehicle or company vehicle on business time
- Bilingual is a plus, not required
Job Duties
- Floor care such as vacuuming, mopping, carpet spotting
- Surface care including dusting, sanitizing, cleaning glass, mirrors, windows, polishing metal and wood, cleaning blinds and draperies
- Waste removal including emptying trash and recycle bins and transporting waste to disposal areas
- Performing light maintenance like replacing light bulbs and restocking supply cabinets or rooms
- Complying with safety rules, policies, and procedures and stopping at-risk behavior
- Following all company protocols, procedures, policies, and rules
- Taking direction and responding to supervision
- Using proper personal protective equipment
- Presenting a professional appearance and conduct
- Understanding reporting systems and the work environment
- Transporting small equipment, tools, chairs, and tables and straightening areas such as lobbies and conference rooms
- Cleaning drop-in desktops between events, assisting janitorial staff with restocking restrooms and break rooms, damp mopping floors, restroom cleaning, glass cleaning, restocking and organizing supplies in janitorial closets and storage areas, cleaning elevators, spot cleaning upholstered furniture and carpets, and dusting open common spaces
