Job Requirements
- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver’s license if driving own or company vehicle
- Proof of vehicle registration and insurance if applicable
- Ability to follow oral and written instructions

- Ability to read and understand reporting systems

- Ability to work Monday to Friday from 10:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
Job Qualifications
- Must have reliable transportation
- Less than high school education or up to one-month related experience or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to read 2-3 syllable words, recognize similarities and differences between words and series of numbers
- Ability to print clearly and speak simple sentences
- Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, supervisors, managers, and customers
- Knowledge of basic math including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division with 10s and 100s
- Knowledge of American measures of money, weight, size, length, shapes, distance and volume measures
- Required to have a valid driver’s license if driving own or company vehicle on business time
- Proof of vehicle registration and insurance required if applicable
- Bilingual is a plus but not required
Job Duties
- Floor care (vacuuming, mopping, carpet spotting)
- Surface care (dusting, sanitizing, glass/mirror/window cleaning, metal/wood polishing, clean blinds and draperies)
- Waste removal (empty trash and recycle bins, transport trash and waste to proper disposal areas)
- Light maintenance (replace light bulbs, restock supply cabinet/room)
- Comply with safety rules, policies, and procedures
- Follow all protocols, company procedures, policies, and rules
- Take direction and respond to supervision
- Use proper personal protective equipment
- Present a professional appearance and conduct
- Transport small equipment, tools, chairs, and tables, straighten areas
- Clean drop-in desktops and assist janitorial staff with restocking restrooms and break rooms
- Damp mop floors, restroom cleaning, glass cleaning, and spot cleaning upholstered furniture and carpets
- Dust open common spaces
- Restock and organize supplies in janitorial closets and storage areas
- Clean elevators
