Job Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license if driving own or company vehicle
  • Proof of vehicle registration and insurance if using personal vehicle
  • Reliable transportation
  • Less than high school education or equivalent experience
  • Ability to read, write, and speak simple sentences
  • Ability to communicate effectively with others
  • Basic arithmetic skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
  • Knowledge of American measurement systems
  • Ability to follow oral and written instructions
  • Willingness to comply with safety procedures
  • Ability to work Monday through Friday, 6:00 am to 2:30 pm

Job Qualifications

  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Less than high school education or up to one-month related experience or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Ability to read 2-3 syllable words, recognize similarities and differences between words and series of numbers
  • Ability to print clearly and speak simple sentences
  • Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, supervisors, managers, and customers
  • Know how to add and subtract two-digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10s and 100s
  • Know American measures of money, weight, size, length, shapes, distance, and measures such as cups, pints, quarts, gallons, etc.
  • Required to have a valid driver’s license if driving own vehicle or company vehicle on business time, with proof of vehicle registration and insurance
  • Bilingual is a plus, not required

Job Duties

  • Floor care (vacuuming, mopping, carpet spotting)
  • Surface care (dusting, sanitizing, glass/mirror/window cleaning, metal/wood polishing, clean blinds and draperies)
  • Waste removal (empty trash and recycle bins, transport trash and waste to proper disposal areas)
  • Light maintenance (replace light bulbs, restock supply cabinet/room)
  • Comply with safety rules, policies, and procedures
  • Follow all company protocols, procedures, policies, and rules
  • Take direction and respond to supervision
  • Use proper personal protective equipment
  • Present a professional appearance and conduct
  • Transport small equipment, tools, chairs, tables, straighten areas such as lobbies and conference rooms
  • Assist with restroom and break room restocking and cleaning
  • Clean elevators, spot clean upholstered furniture and carpets
  • Dust open common spaces
