Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old with valid identification
- Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license

Job Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills

- Previous janitorial or day porter experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work part-time during normal business hours

Job Duties
- Maintain cleanliness of common areas, entrances, lobbies, and restrooms during the day
- Perform touchpoint cleaning such as door handles, light switches, and surfaces
- Restock restrooms and breakroom consumables as needed
- Monitor and remove trash, recycling, and debris
- Respond promptly to cleaning requests and special assignments from the client or supervisor
- Inspect and report supply needs or maintenance issues
- Carry out any additional reasonable duties within the overall function of the job
