Job Requirements
- Must have reliable transportation
- Less than high school education or up to one-month related experience or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to read 2-3 syllable words, recognize similarities and differences between words and series of numbers
- Ability to print clearly and speak simple sentences
- Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, supervisors, managers, and customers
- Know how to add and subtract two-digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10s and 100s
- Know the American measures of money, weight, size, length, shapes, distance and measures such as cups, pints, quarts, gallons
- Required to have a valid driver’s license if driving own vehicle or company vehicle on business time, will also require proof of vehicle registration and insurance
- Bilingual is a plus, not required

Job Duties
- Floor care such as vacuuming, mopping, carpet spotting
- Surface care including dusting, sanitizing, cleaning glass, mirrors, windows, polishing metal and wood, cleaning blinds and draperies
- Waste removal such as emptying trash and recycle bins, transporting trash to disposal areas
- Light maintenance including replacing light bulbs, restocking supply cabinets
- Comply with safety rules, policies, and procedures
- Follow all company protocols, procedures, policies, and rules
- Take direction and respond to supervision
- Use proper personal protective equipment
- Present a professional appearance and conduct
- Understand reporting systems and environment protocols
- Transport small equipment, tools, chairs, and tables
- Clean lobbies, conference rooms, elevators, and open common spaces
- Assist janitorial staff with restocking restrooms and break rooms
- Spot clean upholstered furniture and carpets
- Damp mop and dust various areas
- Maintain professional communication with co-workers and customers
