Job Requirements
- Must have reliable transportation
- Less than high school education or up to one-month related experience or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to read 2-3 syllable words
- Ability to print clearly and speak simple sentences
- Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, supervisors, managers, and customers
- Know how to add and subtract two-digit numbers and multiply and divide by 10’s and 100’s
- Know American measures of money, weight, size, length, shapes, distance, and common measurement units
- Required to have valid driver’s license if driving own or company vehicle
- Have proof of vehicle registration and insurance if using own vehicle
- Bilingual is a plus but not required

- Knowledge of American measures of money, weight, size, length, shapes, distance, and common measurement units such as cups, pints, quarts, gallons
- Required to have a valid driver’s license if driving own or company vehicle
- Bilingual is a plus but not required
Job Duties
- Floor care including vacuuming, mopping, carpet spotting
- Surface care including dusting, sanitizing, glass, mirror, window cleaning, metal, wood polishing, cleaning blinds and draperies
- Waste removal including emptying trash and recycle bins, transporting waste to proper disposal areas
- Light maintenance such as replacing light bulbs, restocking supply cabinet or room
- Comply with safety rules, policies, and procedures
- Follow all company protocols, procedures, policies, and rules
- Take direction and respond to supervision
- Use proper personal protective equipment
- Present a professional appearance and conduct
- Understand reporting systems and environment
- Transport small equipment, tools, chairs, and tables
- Straighten areas like lobbies and conference rooms
- Clean drop in desktops
- Assist janitorial staff with restocking restrooms and break rooms
- Damp mop floors
- Restroom cleaning
- Glass cleaning
- Spot clean upholstered furniture and carpets
- Dust open common spaces
