Job Requirements

Reliable transportation
Less than high school education or up to one-month related experience or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
Ability to read 2-3 syllable words recognize similarities and differences between words and series of numbers
Ability to print clearly and speak simple sentences
Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers supervisors managers and customers
Basic math skills including addition subtraction multiplication and division
Knowledge of American measurement systems for money weight length and volume
Valid driver's license if driving own or company vehicle during business hours
Proof of vehicle registration and insurance if driving
Ability to follow oral and written instructions
Ability to use personal protective equipment properly

Job Qualifications

Required to have a valid driver's license if driving own vehicle or company vehicle on business time will also require you have proof of vehicle registration and insurance
Bilingual is a plus not required

Job Duties

Floor care vacuuming mopping carpet spotting
Surface care dusting sanitizing glass mirror window cleaning metal wood polishing clean blinds and draperies
Waste removal empty trash and recycle bins transport trash and waste to proper disposal areas
Light maintenance replace light bulbs restock supply cabinet room
Comply with safety rules policies and procedures stop at risk behavior of others and self
Follow all protocols company procedures policies and rules
Take direction and respond to supervision
Use proper personal protective equipment
Present a professional appearance and conduct
Understand reporting systems and of the environment
Transport small equipment tools chairs and tables straighten areas such as lobbies conference rooms pick up trash recycling and compost bins and transport to proper disposal areas light vacuuming dusting restocking supplies
In between events clean drop in desktops assist janitorial staff with restocking restrooms and break rooms damp mop floors restroom cleaning glass cleaning restock and organize supplies in janitorial closets and storage areas clean elevators spot clean upholstered furniture and carpets and dust open common spaces
