Job Requirements
- Less than high school education or equivalent experience
- up to one-month related experience or training

- valid driver’s license with current vehicle registration and insurance if driving
- basic arithmetic and measurement knowledge

Job Qualifications
- Must have reliable transportation
- less than high school education or up to one-month related experience or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
- ability to read 2-3 syllable words, recognize similarities and differences between words and series of numbers
- ability to print clearly and speak simple sentences
- ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, supervisors, managers, and customers
- knowledge of basic arithmetic operations including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division with 10s and 100s
- understanding of American measures of money, weight, size, length, shapes, distance and volume measurements such as cups, pints, quarts, gallons
- valid driver's license if operating own or company vehicle, with proof of vehicle registration and insurance required
- bilingual skills are a plus but not required
Job Duties
- Perform floor care including vacuuming, mopping, and carpet spotting
- dust and sanitize surfaces, clean glass, mirrors, windows, and polish metal and wood
- empty trash and recycle bins and transport waste to designated disposal areas
- perform light maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs and restocking supply cabinets
- comply with safety rules, policies, and procedures
- follow all company protocols and respond to supervision
- use proper personal protective equipment
- maintain professional appearance and conduct
- understand and utilize reporting systems
- transport small equipment and furniture, straighten common areas
- assist janitorial staff with restroom and break room maintenance, clean elevators, spot clean furniture and carpets, dust common spaces in between events
