Job Requirements
- Reliable transportation
- Less than high school education or up to one month related experience or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to read 2-3 syllable words and recognize similarities and differences between words and series of numbers
- Ability to print clearly and speak simple sentences
- Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, supervisors, managers, and customers
- Know how to add and subtract two-digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10’s and 100’s
- Know the American measures of money, weight, size, length, shapes, distance and measures such as cups, pints, quarts, gallons, etc
- Required to have a valid driver’s license if driving own vehicle or company vehicle on business time, will also require you have proof of vehicle registration and insurance
- Bilingual is a plus, not required

- Valid driver’s license if driving own or company vehicle
- Proof of vehicle registration and insurance if driving
- Bilingual skills are a plus but not required
Job Duties
- Perform floor care including vacuuming, mopping, and carpet spotting
- Conduct surface care such as dusting, sanitizing, cleaning glass and mirrors, polishing metal and wood, and cleaning blinds and draperies
- Remove waste by emptying trash and recycling bins and transporting trash to proper disposal areas
- Conduct light maintenance tasks including replacing light bulbs and restocking supply cabinets and rooms
- Comply with safety rules, policies, and procedures to prevent risk behaviors
- Follow all company protocols, procedures, policies, and rules
- Take direction and respond to supervision effectively
- Use proper personal protective equipment
- Present a professional appearance and conduct
- Understand reporting systems and the work environment
- Transport small equipment, tools, chairs, and tables
- straighten and clean areas such as lobbies and conference rooms
- Clean drop-in desktops and assist with restroom and break room restocking and cleaning
- Perform glass cleaning, spot clean upholstered furniture and carpets, dust common spaces, and maintain janitorial closets and storage areas
- Clean elevators and damp mop floors
- Aid in training others and demonstrate work processes when needed
