Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Six or more months experience in commercial facilities janitorial work desired
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Completion of significant safety training
- Physical ability to stand, walk, sit for extended periods and lift/move up to 40 pounds
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Minimum of six months experience in commercial janitorial work desired
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Completion of significant safety training
- Ability to safely operate cleaning equipment
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to adhere to safety and security protocols
Job Duties
- Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and disinfecting assigned areas
- Clean and sanitize restrooms ensuring hygienic conditions and replenishing supplies
- Collect and dispose of trash and recyclables in designated areas
- Respond promptly to spills and cleaning emergencies to maintain safety
- Follow procedures for chemical cleaners and power equipment use to prevent damage
- Maintain and operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently
- Monitor and report maintenance or safety issues to supervisors
- Ensure compliance with airport security and safety regulations
- Assist in special cleaning projects as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned
