Job Requirements
- Must have reliable transportation
- Less than high school education or up to one-month related experience or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to read two to three syllable words, recognize similarities and differences between words and series of numbers
- Ability to print clearly and speak simple sentences
- Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, supervisors, managers, and customers
- Know how to add and subtract two-digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10s and 100s
- Know the American measures of money, weight, size, length, shapes, distance and measures such as cups, pints, quarts, gallons, etc
- Required to have a valid driver's license if driving own vehicle or company vehicle on business time, will also require you have proof of vehicle registration and insurance
- Bilingual is a plus, not required

- Basic math skills including adding and subtracting two-digit numbers, multiplying and dividing by tens and hundreds
- Knowledge of American measurements such as money, weight, size, length, shapes, and volume (cups, pints, quarts, gallons)
- Valid driver's license required if driving a vehicle on company business with proof of vehicle registration and insurance
- Bilingual ability is a plus but not required
Job Duties
- Perform floor care such as vacuuming, mopping, and carpet spotting
- Execute surface care including dusting, sanitizing, cleaning glass, mirrors, windows, polishing metal and wood surfaces, and cleaning blinds and draperies
- Remove waste by emptying trash and recycling bins and transporting waste to proper disposal areas
- Conduct light maintenance tasks like replacing light bulbs and restocking supply cabinets and rooms
- Comply with safety rules, policies, and procedures and intervene to stop at-risk behavior
- Follow all company protocols, policies, and rules
- Take direction from and respond to supervision
- Use proper personal protective equipment
- Present a professional appearance and conduct
- Understand and use reporting systems related to the work environment
- Transport small equipment, tools, chairs, and tables
- straighten and clean common areas such as lobbies and conference rooms
- Clean drop-in desktops during off-peak times
- Assist janitorial staff with restocking restrooms and break rooms
- Perform restroom cleaning, glass cleaning, spot cleaning of upholstered furniture and carpets, dusting open common spaces, and cleaning elevators
- Organize and restock supplies in janitorial closets and storage areas
