- Ability to lift and move items up to 50 pounds
- Willingness to follow safety and cleaning guidelines in specialized areas

Job Duties
- Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors to keep everything spotless
- Taking out the trash from common areas, offices, restrooms, and locker rooms
- Dusting and wiping down surfaces like chairs, desks, counters, and shelves
- Cleaning all areas of the restrooms including sinks, toilets, mirrors, and floors
- Shining up glass surfaces such as windows, mirrors, and glass partitions
- Restocking paper products and soap dispensers
- Disinfecting high-touch areas like doorknobs, light switches, and handrails
- Tidying up common areas and wiping down countertops and equipment
- Spot cleaning walls, baseboards, and doors as needed
- Restocking and maintaining the coffee and snack bar
- Cleaning up spills quickly
- Keeping supply closets neat and organized
- Reporting any maintenance or safety issues
- Using floor maintenance equipment to clean and polish hard floor surfaces
