Job Requirements
- Must have reliable transportation
- Less than high school education or up to one-month related experience or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to read 2-3 syllable words, recognize similarities and differences between words and series of numbers
- Ability to print clearly and speak simple sentences
- Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, supervisors, managers, and customers
- Know how to add and subtract two-digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10s and 100s
- Know American measures of money, weight, size, length, shapes, distance and measures such as cups, pints, quarts, gallons
- Required to have a valid driver’s license if driving own vehicle or company vehicle on business time, will also require you have proof of vehicle registration and insurance
- Bilingual is a plus, not required

- Valid driver's license and proof of vehicle registration and insurance if driving

Job Duties
- Perform floor care including vacuuming, mopping, and carpet spotting
- Handle surface care such as dusting, sanitizing, glass, mirror, and window cleaning, polishing metal and wood, and cleaning blinds and draperies
- Remove waste by emptying trash and recycle bins and transporting waste to proper disposal areas
- Conduct light maintenance tasks like replacing light bulbs and restocking supply cabinets or rooms
- Comply with safety rules, policies, and procedures and address any risky behavior
- Follow all company protocols, procedures, policies, and rules
- Take direction from supervisors and respond appropriately
- Use proper personal protective equipment
- Maintain a professional appearance and conduct
- Understand and utilize reporting systems
- Transport small equipment and furniture, straighten lobbies and conference rooms
- Clean drop-in desktops, restock restrooms and break rooms, damp mop floors, clean glass surfaces, spot clean upholstered furniture and carpets, and dust common spaces
