Job Requirements
- must have reliable transportation
- less than high school education or up to one-month related experience or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
- ability to read 2-3 syllable words
- recognize similarities and differences between words and series of numbers
- ability to print clearly and speak simple sentences
- ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, supervisors, managers, and customers
- know how to add and subtract two-digit numbers and multiply and divide with tens and hundreds
- know American measures of money, weight, size, length, shapes, distance, and common volume measures such as cups, pints, quarts, gallons
- required to have a valid driver’s license if driving own or company vehicle on business time and provide proof of vehicle registration and insurance
- bilingual is a plus but not required

Job Duties
- floor care including vacuuming, mopping, and carpet spotting
- surface care such as dusting, sanitizing, cleaning glass, mirrors, windows, polishing metal and wood
- waste removal including emptying trash and recycling bins and transporting waste to disposal areas
- light maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs and restocking supply cabinets
- complying with safety rules, company policies, and procedures
- following all protocols and responding to supervision
- using proper personal protective equipment
- presenting a professional appearance and conduct
- understanding reporting systems and the work environment
- transporting equipment and straightening common areas
- cleaning restrooms, break rooms, elevators, and dusting open common spaces
