Job Requirements
- Must have reliable transportation
- Less than high school education or up to one-month related experience or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to read 2-3 syllable words
- Ability to print clearly and speak simple sentences
- Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, supervisors, managers, and customers
- Knowledge of basic arithmetic including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division with 10s and 100s
- Understanding of American measurements including money, weight, size, length, shapes, and volume
- Required to have a valid driver’s license, proof of vehicle registration, and insurance if driving during business hours
- Bilingual is a plus, not required

- Understanding of American units of measurement such as money, weight, size, length, shape, and volume
- Valid driver’s license if driving a vehicle during business time, with proof of registration and insurance
- Bilingual abilities are a plus but not required
Job Duties
- Perform floor care including vacuuming, mopping, and carpet spotting
- Conduct surface care such as dusting, sanitizing, cleaning glass/mirrors/windows, polishing metal/wood, and cleaning blinds and draperies
- Remove waste by emptying trash and recycle bins and transporting waste to disposal areas
- Perform light maintenance tasks including replacing light bulbs and restocking supply cabinets or rooms
- Comply with safety rules, policies, and procedures while stopping risky behavior
- Follow all company protocols, procedures, policies, and rules
- Take direction and respond constructively to supervision
- Use proper personal protective equipment consistently
- Maintain a professional appearance and conduct
- Understand and utilize reporting systems and maintain awareness of the environment
- Transport small equipment, tools, chairs, and tables and straighten areas such as lobbies and conference rooms
- Assist janitorial staff with cleaning and restocking restrooms and break rooms
- Clean elevators, spot clean upholstered furniture and carpets, and dust open common spaces
