Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred
- Six months of experience in commercial janitorial work desired
- Knowledge of basic janitorial duties
- Good listening and verbal communication skills
- Ability to speak and understand English for some positions
- Ability to maintain neat appearance
- Willingness to wear a uniform at some worksites
- Ability to attend periodic training and safety meetings
- Available to work in fast-paced environments
- Ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds
- Authorized to work in the U.S

Job Duties
- Sweep floors using industrial vacuum cleaners and scrubbing machines
- Mop and polish floors
- Dust and wash walls, windows, and ceilings
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, including toilets and sinks
- Empty waste baskets and replace liners
- Move furniture and equipment to clean areas
- Perform seasonal tasks such as leaf raking, grass cutting, and snow removal
