Job Requirements

Have reliable transportation
Possess less than high school education or equivalent experience
Ability to read simple words and numbers
Ability to print clearly and communicate effectively
Ability to do basic arithmetic including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
Knowledge of American measurement units
Possess a valid driver’s license if operating vehicles during work
Provide proof of vehicle registration and insurance if driving
Willingness to use personal protective equipment
Ability to follow oral and written instructions
Present a professional appearance
Ability to work well with team and customers
Adapt to supervision
Safety compliance
Bilingualism is optional

Job Qualifications

Reliable transportation
Less than high school education or up to one-month related experience or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
Ability to read 2-3 syllable words and recognize similarities and differences between words and series of numbers
Ability to print clearly and speak simple sentences
Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, supervisors, managers, and customers
Know how to add and subtract two-digit numbers and multiply and divide with 10’s and 100’s
Understand American measures of money, weight, size, length, shapes, distance, and volume such as cups, pints, quarts, gallons
Valid driver’s license if driving own or company vehicle during work hours with proof of vehicle registration and insurance
Bilingual is a plus but not required

Job Duties

Floor care such as vacuuming, mopping, carpet spotting
Surface care including dusting, sanitizing, cleaning glass, mirrors, windows, metal polishing, wood polishing, cleaning blinds and draperies
Waste removal including emptying trash and recycle bins and transporting waste to proper disposal areas
Light maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs and restocking supply cabinets or rooms
Comply with safety rules, policies, and procedures and stop at risk behavior of self and others
Follow all protocols, company procedures, policies, and rules
Take direction and respond to supervision
Use proper personal protective equipment
Present a professional appearance and conduct
Understand reporting systems and the work environment
Transport small equipment, tools, chairs, and tables, straighten areas like lobbies and conference rooms
Clean drop-in desktops in between events
Assist janitorial staff with restocking restrooms and break rooms
Damp mop floors
Restroom cleaning
Glass cleaning
Restock and organize janitorial closets and storage areas
Clean elevators
Spot clean upholstered furniture and carpets
Dust open common spaces
