Job Requirements
- Valid driver’s license if driving own or company vehicle during business hours
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to follow oral and written instructions
- Good judgment in decision-making

- Ability to use personal protective equipment correctly
- Ability to present a professional appearance
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting and transporting equipment
- Availability to work assigned shifts Monday to Friday

Job Qualifications
- Must have reliable transportation
- Less than high school education or up to one-month related experience or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to read 2-3 syllable words and recognize similarities and differences between words and numbers
- Ability to print clearly and speak simple sentences
- Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, supervisors, managers, and customers
- Basic arithmetic skills including adding and subtracting two-digit numbers and multiplying and dividing with 10s and 100s
- Knowledge of American measures such as money, weight, size, length, cups, pints, quarts, and gallons
- Valid driver’s license required if driving own or company vehicle during work hours
- Bilingual skills are a plus but not required
Job Duties
- Floor care including vacuuming, mopping, and carpet spotting
- Surface care such as dusting, sanitizing, and cleaning glass, mirrors, and windows
- Waste removal including emptying trash and recycling bins and transporting waste to disposal areas
- Light maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs and restocking supply cabinets or rooms
- Compliance with safety rules, policies, and procedures ensuring risk-free behavior
- Follow company protocols, policies, and supervision directions
- Use of proper personal protective equipment
- Presentation of a professional appearance and conduct
- Reporting environmental conditions and using reporting systems
- Transport small equipment and tools, straighten areas, and maintain lobbies and conference rooms
- Assist janitorial staff with restocking restrooms and break rooms
- Clean elevators and spot clean upholstered furniture and carpets
- Dust common spaces between events
