Job Requirements
- Must have reliable transportation
- Less than high school education or up to one-month related experience or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to read 2-3 syllable words
- Ability to print clearly and speak simple sentences
- Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, supervisors, managers, and customers
- Know how to add and subtract two-digit numbers, multiply and divide with 10s and 100s
- Know American measures of money, weight, size, length, shapes, and distance
- Required to have a valid driver’s license if driving own or company vehicle and provide proof of vehicle registration and insurance
- Bilingual is a plus, not required

- Ability to print clearly and speak simple sentences
- Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, supervisors, managers, and customers
- Basic arithmetic skills including addition, subtraction of two-digit numbers, and multiplication and division by 10s and 100s
- Knowledge of American measures of money, weight, size, length, shapes, distance, and common volume measures
- Valid driver’s license if operating a vehicle on business
- Proof of vehicle registration and insurance for driving
- Bilingual abilities are a plus but not required
Job Duties
- Perform floor care including vacuuming, mopping, and carpet spotting
- Conduct surface care tasks such as dusting, sanitizing, cleaning glass/mirrors/windows, polishing metal/wood, and cleaning blinds and draperies
- Remove waste by emptying trash and recycle bins and transporting trash to proper disposal areas
- Perform light maintenance activities such as replacing light bulbs and restocking supply cabinets or rooms
- Comply with safety rules, policies, and procedures, and intervene in risky behaviors
- Follow all company protocols, procedures, policies, and rules
- Take direction from supervisors and respond to supervision
- Use proper personal protective equipment
- Maintain a professional appearance and conduct
- Understand and utilize reporting systems
- Transport small equipment, tools, chairs, and tables
- Straighten common areas such as lobbies and conference rooms
- Clean desks between events
- Assist janitorial staff with restocking restrooms and break rooms
- Damp mop floors, clean restrooms and glass surfaces
- Restock and organize supplies in janitorial closets and storage areas
- Clean elevators
- Spot clean upholstered furniture and carpets
- Dust open common spaces
