Job Requirements
- Previous experience in industrial or commercial cleaning preferred
- knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safe handling practices
- ability to work in a physically demanding environment (standing, bending, lifting up to 35 lbs)
- education and work history that demonstrates work ethic and responsibility
- understanding of safety regulations
- strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team
- must care about quality
- must be detailed oriented and work at an efficient pace
- must be reliable
- must have valid driver's license to drive around plant
- must have steel toe shoes
- must be able to work morning shifts, M-F 8:00 AM to 2 PM

Job Duties
- Clean and sanitize industrial equipment, machinery, and/or workspaces
- sweep, mop, vacuum, and remove debris from floors and surfaces
- use industrial cleaning chemicals and tools safely and effectively
- maintain restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas in a sanitary condition
- monitor cleaning supplies and report replenishment needs
- follow all safety protocols, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
- report any maintenance or safety hazards to the supervisor
- assist with other duties as assigned to support the facility's cleanliness
