Job Requirements
- Must have reliable transportation
- Less than high school education or up to one month related experience or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to read 2-3 syllable words
- Ability to print clearly
- Ability to speak simple sentences
- Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, supervisors, managers, and customers
- Know basic arithmetic including addition, subtraction, multiplication and division with 10s and 100s
- Understand American measures of money, weight, size, length, and volume
- Have a valid driver’s license if driving a vehicle on business time
- Provide proof of vehicle registration and insurance
- Bilingual is a plus

- Ability to print clearly and speak simple sentences
- Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, supervisors, managers, and customers
- Know how to add and subtract two-digit numbers and to multiply and divide by 10s and 100s
- Know the American measures of money, weight, size, length, shapes, distance and measurements such as cups, pints, quarts, gallons
- Required to have a valid driver’s license if driving own vehicle or company vehicle on business time, with proof of vehicle registration and insurance
- Bilingual is a plus, not required
Job Duties
- Floor care including vacuuming, mopping, carpet spotting
- Surface care including dusting, sanitizing, glass, mirror, window cleaning, metal and wood polishing, clean blinds and draperies
- Waste removal including emptying trash and recycle bins, transporting trash and waste to proper disposal areas
- Light maintenance such as replacing light bulbs, restocking supply cabinets and rooms
- Comply with safety rules, policies, and procedures
- Follow all protocols, company procedures, policies, and rules
- Take direction and respond to supervision
- Use proper personal protective equipment
- Present a professional appearance and conduct
- Understand reporting systems and the environment
- Transport small equipment, tools, chairs and tables, straighten areas like lobbies and conference rooms
- Clean drop-in desktops between events, assist janitorial staff with restocking restrooms and break rooms, damp mop floors, clean restrooms, clean glass surfaces, restock and organize janitorial supplies, clean elevators, spot clean upholstered furniture and carpets, dust open common spaces
