Job Requirements
- must have reliable transportation
- less than high school education or up to one month related experience or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
- ability to read 2-3 syllable words and recognize similarities and differences between words and numbers
- ability to print clearly and speak simple sentences
- ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, supervisors, managers, and customers
- basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication and division by tens and hundreds
- knowledge of American measures of money, weight, size, and volume
- valid driver’s license if driving company or personal vehicle
- bilingual is a plus but not required

Job Duties
- floor care including vacuuming, mopping, and carpet spotting
- surface care such as dusting, sanitizing, window cleaning, and polishing
- waste removal including emptying trash and recycling bins and transporting waste to disposal areas
- light maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs and restocking supplies
- comply with safety rules, policies, and procedures
- follow company protocols, procedures, and rules
- take direction and respond to supervision
- use proper personal protective equipment
- present a professional appearance and conduct
- understand reporting systems
- transport small equipment and maintain organized common areas
