Job Requirements
- must be able to lift 35 lbs repetitively
- minimum one year of janitorial or general cleaning experience
- valid driver’s license
- ability to drive a cargo van
- ability to work from 10:00 am to 6:30 pm
- reliable transportation to the RTP location
- ability to work under supervisor or manager guidance
Job Qualifications
- minimum one year of experience in janitorial or general cleaning roles
- ability to follow directions and work independently
- reliable and punctual
- valid driver’s license and ability to drive a cargo van
- basic knowledge of cleaning procedures and safety protocols
- physical ability to handle lifting up to 35 pounds repetitively
Job Duties
- general cleaning including restocking bathrooms and putting away supplies
- pulling trash
- dusting
- cleaning restrooms
- vacuuming
- performing other duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager
- backfilling for mailroom operator as needed
- driving a cargo van as part of daily or weekly mail route responsibilities
