- Reliable transportation
- less than high school education or up to one month related experience or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
- ability to read 2-3 syllable words, recognize similarities and differences between words and series of numbers
- ability to print clearly and speak simple sentences
- ability to communicate effectively with coworkers, supervisors, managers, and customers
- knowledge of basic math including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division with 10s and 100s
- knowledge of American measures of money, weight, size, length, and volume
- valid driver's license if driving own or company vehicle
- proof of vehicle registration and insurance if driving

Job Duties
- Perform floor care including vacuuming, mopping, and carpet spotting
- clean and sanitize surfaces including dusting, glass cleaning, and polishing
- remove waste by emptying trash and recycle bins and transporting to disposal areas
- conduct light maintenance such as replacing light bulbs and restocking supplies
- comply with safety rules, policies, and procedures
- follow all protocols, company procedures, policies, and rules
- take direction and respond to supervision
