Job Requirements
- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver’s license if driving own or company vehicle
- Ability to follow oral and written instructions
- Good judgment in decision-making

- Ability to comply with safety rules, policies, and procedures
Job Qualifications
- Must have reliable transportation
- Less than high school education or up to one-month related experience or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to read 2-3 syllable words and recognize similarities and differences between words and series of numbers
- Ability to print clearly and speak simple sentences
- Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, supervisors, managers, and customers
- Know how to add and subtract two-digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10’s and 100’s
- Knowledge of American measures of money, weight, size, length, shapes, distance, and measures such as cups, pints, quarts, gallons, etc.
- Required to have a valid driver’s license if driving own vehicle or company vehicle on business time and provide proof of vehicle registration and insurance
- Bilingual is a plus but not required
Job Duties
- Floor care including vacuuming, mopping, and carpet spotting
- Surface care including dusting, sanitizing, glass/mirror/window cleaning, metal/wood polishing, cleaning blinds and draperies
- Waste removal including emptying trash and recycle bins and transporting to proper disposal areas
- Light maintenance such as replacing light bulbs and restocking supply cabinets
- Comply with safety rules, policies, and procedures and stop at-risk behavior
- Follow all protocols, company procedures, policies, and rules
- Take direction and respond to supervision
- Use proper personal protective equipment
- Present a professional appearance and conduct
- Understand reporting systems and environmental requirements
- Transport small equipment, tools, chairs, and tables and straighten areas such as lobbies and conference rooms
- Clean drop-in desktops between events
- Assist janitorial staff with restocking restrooms and break rooms
- Damp mop floors
- Clean elevators
- Spot clean upholstered furniture and carpets
- Dust open common spaces
