Job Requirements
- Must have reliable transportation
- Less than high school education or up to one-month related experience or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to read two to three-syllable words
- Ability to print clearly and speak simple sentences
- Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, supervisors, managers, and customers
- Ability to add and subtract two-digit numbers and multiply and divide by 10s and 100s
- Knowledge of American measures such as money, weight, size, length, shapes, and volume
- Valid driver’s license if driving on business and proof of registration and insurance
- Bilingual is a plus

- Ability to print clearly and speak simple sentences
- Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, supervisors, managers, and customers
- Basic math skills including adding and subtracting two-digit numbers and multiplying and dividing by 10s and 100s
- Knowledge of American measures of money, weight, size, length, shapes, and quantities such as cups, pints, quarts, and gallons
- Valid driver’s license required if driving own or company vehicle on business time, including proof of vehicle registration and insurance
- Bilingual skills are a plus but not required
Job Duties
- Floor care such as vacuuming, mopping, and carpet spotting
- Surface care including dusting, sanitizing, glass, mirror, window cleaning, metal and wood polishing, cleaning blinds and draperies
- Waste removal including emptying trash and recycle bins and transporting waste to proper disposal areas
- Light maintenance such as replacing light bulbs and restocking supply cabinets and rooms
- Complying with safety rules, policies, and procedures, and stopping at-risk behavior of others and self
- Following all protocols, company procedures, policies, and rules
- Taking direction and responding to supervision
- Using proper personal protective equipment
- Presenting a professional appearance and conduct
- Understanding reporting systems and the work environment
- Transporting small equipment, tools, chairs, and tables and straightening areas such as lobbies and conference rooms
- Cleaning during and between events including desktops, restocking restrooms and break rooms, damp mopping floors, restroom cleaning, glass cleaning, restocking and organizing janitorial closets, cleaning elevators, spot cleaning upholstery and carpets, and dusting common spaces
