Job Requirements
- valid driver's license if driving own vehicle or company vehicle on business time with proof of vehicle registration and insurance
- must have reliable transportation
- less than high school education or up to one-month related experience or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
- ability to communicate effectively with co-workers supervisors managers and customers
- ability to read 2-3 syllable words recognize similarities and differences between words and series of numbers
- ability to print clearly and speak simple sentences
- ability to add and subtract two-digit numbers multiply and divide with tens and hundreds
- knowledge of American measures of money weight size length shapes distance and measures such as cups pints quarts gallons
- comply with safety rules policies and procedures
- present a professional appearance and conduct
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- floor care including vacuuming moppping carpet spotting
- surface care including dusting sanitizing glass mirror window cleaning metal wood polishing clean blinds and draperies
- waste removal including empty trash and recycle bins transport trash and waste to proper disposal areas
- light maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs restocking supply cabinet or room
- comply with safety rules policies and procedures stop at risk behavior of others and self
- follow all protocols company procedures policies and rules
- take direction and respond to supervision
- use proper personal protective equipment
- present a professional appearance and conduct
- understand reporting systems and of the environment
- transport small equipment tools chairs and tables straighten areas such as lobbies conference rooms
- pick up trash recycling and compost bins and transport to proper disposal areas
- clean drop in desktops assist janitorial staff with restocking restrooms and break rooms
- damp mop floors restroom cleaning glass cleaning restock and organize supplies in janitorial closets and storage areas clean elevators spot clean upholstered furniture and carpets dust open common spaces
