Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older

- no high school diploma, GED, or college degree required

- Customer service experience preferred
- one year of similar work experience preferred
Job Duties
- Clean and maintain buildings and facilities
- follow procedures for chemical cleaners and power equipment to prevent damage
- notify manager of repair needs
- establish and maintain effective communication with clients and team
- comply with safety, security, compliance, and quality standards
- clean and dust furniture, floors, walls, ceilings, machines, and equipment
- move heavy items manually or with equipment for thorough cleaning
- clean interior glass, windows, partitions, and mirrors
- wash and replace blinds
- gather and empty trash
- perform seasonal tasks such as sweeping, raking, grass cutting, and snow removal
- clean and service restrooms
- wipe and clean tabletops, chairs, and food area equipment
