Job Requirements
- must have reliable transportation
- less than high school education or up to one month related experience or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
- ability to read 2-3 syllable words
- ability to print clearly and speak simple sentences
- ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, supervisors, managers, and customers
- know how to add and subtract two-digit numbers
- know how to multiply and divide by 10s and 100s
- knowledge of American measurement units
- valid driver’s license if driving own or company vehicle
- proof of vehicle registration and insurance
- bilingual is a plus, not required

- required to have a valid driver’s license and proof of vehicle registration and insurance if driving own or company vehicle on business time

Job Duties
- floor care such as vacuuming, mopping, and carpet spotting
- surface care including dusting, sanitizing, glass, mirror, and window cleaning, metal and wood polishing, cleaning blinds and draperies
- waste removal by emptying trash and recycle bins and transporting waste to proper disposal areas
- performing light maintenance tasks like replacing light bulbs and restocking supply cabinets
- complying with safety rules, policies, and procedures and stopping at-risk behavior
- following all company protocols, procedures, policies, and rules
- taking direction and responding to supervision
- using proper personal protective equipment
- maintaining a professional appearance and conduct
- understanding reporting systems and environmental safety
- transporting small equipment, tools, chairs, and tables and straightening areas such as lobbies and conference rooms
- picking up trash, recycling, and compost bins and transporting to disposal areas
- assisting janitorial staff with restocking restrooms and break rooms
- cleaning elevators and spot cleaning upholstered furniture and carpets
- dusting open common spaces
- cleaning drop-in desktops between events
