Job Requirements
- Must have reliable transportation
- Less than high school education or up to one-month related experience or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to read two to three syllable words and recognize similarities and differences between words and series of numbers
- Ability to print clearly and speak simple sentences
- Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, supervisors, managers, and customers
- Basic math skills including adding and subtracting two-digit numbers and multiplying or dividing by 10s and 100s
- Knowledge of American measures of money, weight, size, length, shapes, distance, and cooking measures such as cups, pints, quarts, gallons
- Required to have a valid driver’s license and proof of vehicle registration and insurance if driving a company or personal vehicle on business
- Bilingual is a plus but not required

Job Duties
- Perform floor care such as vacuuming, mopping, carpet spotting
- Clean and sanitize surfaces including dusting, glass, mirrors, windows, metal and wood polishing, blinds, and draperies
- Remove waste by emptying trash and recycle bins and transporting waste to proper disposal areas
- Conduct light maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs and restocking supply cabinets
- Comply with safety rules, policies, and procedures
- Follow all company protocols and respond appropriately to supervision
- Use proper personal protective equipment
- Maintain a professional appearance and conduct
- Understand and utilize reporting systems
- Transport small equipment, tools, chairs, and tables
- Clean and organize lobbies, conference rooms, restrooms, break rooms, elevators, and other common areas
- Assist janitorial staff with restocking and cleaning tasks
- Perform spot cleaning of furniture and carpets
- Dust and maintain open common spaces
