Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- 1+ years custodial cleaning experience or equivalent preferred
- ability to work 3-4 days per week or more depending on business needs
- availability to work Monday-Friday from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM
- ability to provide janitorial services at designated courthouses

Job Duties
- Empty, clean, and damp wipe all waste receptacles as well as remove wastepaper and rubbish from the premises to designated areas
- vacuum all rugs and carpeted areas, sweep or dust-mop hard floor surfaces, and damp-mop or clean spills as needed in offices, lobbies, corridors, stairwells, and public areas
- hand dust and wipe clean all office furniture, file cabinets, fixtures, paneling, windowsills, air-conditioning diffusers, wall grilles, and all other horizontal surfaces
- remove all finger marks and smudges from vertical surfaces, including doors, doorframes, light switches, private entrance glass, and partitions
- keep janitor's closet clean, neat, and in orderly condition
- perform other jobs and duties as identified or assigned as needed
