Job Requirements
- high school diploma or GED equivalent preferred
- minimum 6 months experience in janitorial or commercial cleaning
- ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions
- good communication skills
- punctuality
- ability to lift up to 50 pounds safely
- ability to work in fast-paced environments
- must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- must maintain uniform and neat appearance
- able to attend training and safety meetings
- willingness to perform seasonal outdoor tasks
- ability to work with cleaning chemicals and equipment safely
Job Qualifications

- 6 months experience in commercial janitorial or facilities cleaning preferred
- knowledge of janitorial duties and responsibilities
- good listening and verbal communication skills

- understanding of client needs
Job Duties
- sweep, vacuum, mop, scrub, wax, and polish floors using industrial equipment
- dust and wash walls, ceilings, and light fixtures
- wash and replace blinds
- move furniture and equipment to clean under and around
- remove stains from rugs, drapes, walls, and floors using chemicals
- sweep walks, rake leaves, cut grass, and remove snow seasonally
- empty waste baskets and replace liners
- clean glass doors and lobby areas
- clean and sanitize restrooms including toilets, basins, and urinals
- refill restroom dispensers
- clean lunchrooms and break areas including tables, chairs, vending machines, and appliances
- dust and clean office furniture and surfaces
- maintain janitor's closet and cleaning equipment
- attend safety meetings and training sessions
