Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred
- Six months of experience in commercial facilities and janitorial work desired
- Knowledge of basic janitorial duties and responsibilities very helpful
- Must have good listening and verbal communication skills
- Ability to speak and understand English for some positions
- Must maintain a neat appearance
- Uniform required at certain worksites
- Must attend periodic training and safety meetings
- Ability to anticipate client needs
- Punctuality required

Job Duties
- Sweep, vacuum, mop, scrub, wax and polish floors using industrial equipment
- Dust and wash walls, ceilings, and light fixtures
- Move furniture, boxes, and equipment to clean areas
- Remove stains using chemicals and cleaning solutions
- Perform seasonal outdoor tasks such as raking leaves and snow removal
- Empty waste baskets and replace liners
- Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish dispensers
