Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous janitorial or custodial experience required
- Ability to lift frequently up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques and proper use of chemicals
- Ability to follow safety procedures and protocols
- Flexibility to work various shifts including days and evenings

- Previous janitorial or custodial experience
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment
- Strong attention to detail with ability to maintain cleanliness standards
- Understanding of infection control practices and importance of hygiene
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
- Physical stamina to perform lifting bending and standing for extended periods
- Flexibility to work during day and evening shifts
Job Duties
- Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping mopping and dusting of all common areas lobbies waiting rooms hallways and restrooms
- Disinfect and sanitize high-touch surfaces such as doorknobs handrails light switches and elevator buttons
- Empty and properly dispose of trash and medical waste according to established guidelines including outside and around the building
- Refill dispensers for soap paper towels and toilet paper as needed
- Monitor and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify supervisor when supplies need to be reordered
- Assist with setting up and cleaning meeting rooms and event spaces as necessary
- Collaborate with maintenance and facility teams to address issues related to building cleanliness and safety
- Report any maintenance or repair needs to appropriate personnel
- Follow all safety protocols including proper handling of cleaning chemicals
- Perform other tasks and projects as requested by customer or Advanced Building Maintenance team
