- Experience in janitorial, facilities, or operations support roles is preferred
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, or urgent requests

- Physical capability to lift and move furniture and equipment

Job Duties
- Perform basic cleaning of interior and exterior building areas including restrooms and kitchens
- Stock restrooms and breakrooms with necessary supplies
- Maintain campus appearance following company standards and 5S organization method
- Conduct routine inspections and report maintenance or cleanliness issues
- Support event setup and breakdown including furniture and signage placement
- Assist with engineering, facilities management, and property projects
- Manage work orders and employee requests using Jira Service Management
- Act as onsite contact for vendors coordinating access and updates
- Provide flexible support for urgent requests and same-day events
- Assist with other campus projects as assigned
