Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Must be a citizen or lawful permanent resident authorized to work in the U.S.
- Must pass a criminal background check
- Availability to work the specified shift schedule
Job Qualifications
- Knowledge in the use of a variety of supplies and equipment used in routine cleaning of offices, resident rooms, public spaces and utility areas
- Prior experience in housekeeping or similar environments preferred
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Strong attention to detail
- Good physical stamina
Job Duties
- Clean and service rooms, baths, and other resident areas
- Dust furniture and equipment
- Clean windowsills
- Empty trash baskets
- Arrange furniture in an orderly fashion
- Perform a variety of related duties in resident areas
- Work Monday to Friday 7:00 am to 3:30 pm with rotating weekends
