Job Requirements
- Must be 19 years or older
- must obtain Liquor Server/Seller Permit and Food Handlers license
- availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- ability to handle cash and use point-of-sale systems
- reliable and honest
- physical stamina to stand entire shifts and lift up to 50 pounds
- willingness to work outdoors in variable conditions
- valid work authorization
- prior experience in food service or retail preferred

Job Duties
- Prepare food and serve in accordance with health department regulations
- operate food service equipment correctly
- follow proper food handling procedures
- bartend as needed
- handle cash transactions accurately
- count start-up and ending cash drawers precisely
- use Clover/POS and eTix software to sell food, beverage, merchandise, and tickets
- restock merchandise and supplies
- maintain facility cleanliness and upkeep
- provide friendly and professional guest service
- assist in inventory control
