Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- experience in custodial, facilities, or housekeeping work preferred
- current or willingness to obtain First Aid and CPR certification
- strong attention to detail and ability to follow cleaning and safety protocols
- ability to work independently and take initiative in completing assigned tasks
- commitment to maintaining a safe, healthy, and inclusive environment for campers and staff
- willingness to abide by the policies and practices of Girl Scouts of Connecticut

Job Duties
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all restrooms, bathhouses, and wash stations throughout the camp
- regularly clean toilets, sinks, floors, and fixtures using approved cleaning products and safety protocols
- support the cleaning and upkeep of program areas, dining spaces, and lodges as assigned
- ensure all cleaning materials and chemicals are properly stored and labeled
- monitor supply levels and communicate inventory needs promptly
- assist with the organization, cleaning, and restocking of camp supplies and food storage areas
- support daily operations such as luggage transport, setup, and cleanup on camper arrival and departure days
